WE BELIEVE AN IMPACT MODEL SHOULD BE AT THE CORE OF A STRATEGY
- Our approach starts with making sure that the problem is understood well and the solution is as impactful as possible. Only then do we start creating visions and setting goals.
- We also believe that a good strategy helps only if the organisation (or network, project, etc) is actually built around the impact model. Therefore we take great pains to identify everything that needs to change in order for the desired impact to be achieved.
- And finally we know that nothing happens unless people are on board with it. That is why we design processes that not only get to the best strategies, but also get people excited and commited to them.
