We believe that the EU funded projects hold immense potential for social and environmental impact. We help to realize that potential and cut through the complexity.

Whether as partners or service providers, we support the full design of your project’s impact model and logic: What are the partners aiming to achieve? What outcomes does the funding prioritize? And where do those goals align?

Our consultancy experience brings on practical, hands-on experience across many countries and thematic areas. We often help by taking the lead on project methodology — covering engagement, transition arenas, system mapping, workshop design, co-creation methods and more.

We have experience with Interreg, CERV, Erasmus+, but are open to collaborations across other EU programs as well.

FACILITATING

We also support by facilitating team discussions, workshops, trainings, public events, and webinars that bring the methods to life.

We thoughtfully design key project deliverables to make their insights and conclusions clear and accessible, even to those who were not involved.

EXAMPLES

  • In a project involving over 10 partners we were responsible for designing the methodology for the whole project that implemented a new approach to bring out local sustainability changes.

  • We developed a deliverable about the main methodology and trained all the partners to use it.

  • During the pilot phase, we provided ongoing mentorship and support to partners as they tested the method in their local contexts.

  • Finally, we contributed to the final deliverables both in terms of content and presentation.

  • As lead partners, we designed the overall project logic and coordinated the work of all partners.
  • We used an incubator-style approach that combined hands-on training with dedicated time for supported implementation of plans.
  • We also took responsibility for all reporting and coordination of partner activities throughout the project.
