TRAININGS

There are many situations in which a training is not the right way to go. But sometimes, only a training can help. These are the times we do trainings.

We train leaders in strategy, organisational development, change management, social impact and many other topics. We prefer to do more long-term training programs (3-6 months), to really get to go deep and enable a reflection process with our participants. But sometimes a short training at the right moment can work wonders too.

MAIN TOPICS

STRATEGY

What it is, how to (co-)create it, how to use it, how to get your people inspired by it.

LEADERSHIP

We don’t teach leading people or teams, we teach leading mission-driven organisations.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT

You might have the best ideas, but if you can’t implement them, nothing will happen.

IMPACT MODELS

But it’s pointless to have a well led organisation, if it can’t achieve what it aims.

HOW WE DO IT

SET LEARNING OUTCOMES

Together, we define what knowledge, skills and attitudes we want to develop in our participants during the training.

PLAN THE METHODS

Only after defining the desired outcomes do we start choosing what training methods would best help achieve these.

FACILITATE GROWTH

We take care to engage all the participants, support motivation through goal-setting and create a space for growth.

REFLECTION

We support participants in reflecting on their experiences and help integrate the training insights into their everyday work.

PROJECT
EXAMPLES

  • The HR department in a large organisation approached us with the challenge of preparing a training program for their mid- to high level leaders.
  • We prepared a 3-month long process with 5 meetings and interim tasks.
  • Leaders learned about the fundamentals of strategy creation and actually led a process in their own area of responsibility.
  • A national network needed a training program on a specific topic.

  • We designed a program and won with our tender offer.
  • A 6-month long program consisted of 6 meetings and many interim tasks that were integrated into the program meetings.
  • Participants implemented what they learned at their everyday job and relfected the experience at the program.
