Reelika has an impressive collection of experiences across all three sectors. She has worked in leadership positions in the private sector dealing with marketing, sales and general management, including strategic management and business development. She has also worked in the public sector, mostly with higher education topics but also international relations.

However, Reelika has also been an active member of society, contributing in several volunteer positions in non-profit networks and organisations. This is a topic close to Reelika’s heart, so for the last 7 years she has actively been working with a large variety of NGOs to help them set their development goals and organisation development plans, as well as finding financing solutions.

All this is supported by Reelika’s education, as she has degrees in entrepreneurship and business management and is currently pursuing a PhD in cross-sectoral knowledge transfer, to help others make better use of knowledge locked in specific sectors.
