Angela is the Education Coordinator for the Tartu 2024 European Capital of Culture team. She created the Extended educational program in cultural management targeted at young people, and she has also worked as an English teacher at Juhan Liiv Alatskivi School and Anna Haava Pala School.

Before that, she served as a mentor for new teachers in the Noored Kooli program. She also worked as a specialist at the University of Tartu’s Centre for Educational Innovation. There, she trained and led various development programs and helped develop a methodology for validating social enterprise ideas. In addition, she has led and expanded the TEDxTartu team.

Angela holds a Master’s degree in sociology and a Level 7 teaching qualification. She has furthered her expertise through coaching and co-vision training workshops.
