We believe that advocacy capacity gives youth work a stronger voice and new momentum.
We equip South-Estonian youth workers with the skills, tools, and confidence needed to advocate for youth work at the local level.
We support the creation of local youth work advocacy teams in South-Estonia and Finland and help them develop action plans.
We develop a training programme, test its implementation, and disseminate it internationally to support the development of advocacy skills in the youth work sector.
