ChristoAlliksoo
- SENIOR CONSULTANT
Christo is a strategy consultant working at the intersection of education, psychology, and organisational change. He brings a strong background in education — having worked as a teacher — combined with formal training in psychology and advanced studies in change management at the University of Tartu.
His work focuses on helping organisations make sense of complexity and translate it into clear, workable strategies. Christo has contributed to the development of education strategies for schools, hobby schools, and local municipalities, as well as for more informal learning organisations such as the AHHAA Science Centre. He has also supported strategic initiatives within higher education, including alumni strategy development at the University of Tartu.
In the field of mental health, Christo has worked on designing care pathways for the University of Tartu Psychiatry Clinic, collaborating closely with professionals across disciplines.
Methodologically, his work draws on transition management, co-creation, systems thinking, and design thinking. Rather than applying fixed models, he prefers experimentation and careful tailoring—building solutions that fit the specific context, culture, and needs of each organisation.
