Kaisa works in Strateon’s extended network on a variety of projects. She previously spent several years as a consultant at DD StratLab, focusing more on projects related to democracy, the environment, (cultural) education, and psychology. Having graduated from the University of Tartu with a degree in Change Management in Society, Kaisa always places each project within the broader societal and transformative processes at play.

Kaisa was also one of the founders of the DD Center for Democracy. She is fascinated by how to ‘speak the languages of different fields’ so that people who initially seem to hold differing values can come together to collaborate. As tools, she enjoys using various futures‑visioning techniques and psychology‑based methods for getting on the same wavelength.
