Toomas
Tuul

Toomas is a strategy consultant who thinks in timelines and star maps. At Strateon, he focuses on education and youth, helping schools, NGOs, and public institutions turn big ideas into structured, workable strategies. When he’s not in a meeting room, you’ll likely find him in a classroom, teaching physics and history — or drawing unexpected parallels between the two.

Before joining Strateon, Toomas led the DD Academy leadership programme for university students and advised a variety of organisations on sharpening their strategies. His strengths lie in analytical thinking, teamwork, and bringing order to even the most chaotic of projects.

Armed with a Master’s degree in Change Management in Society, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and currently working toward his Master’s in Teaching, Toomas navigates both the nuts and bolts of organisational change and the mysteries of the universe. He’s equally fascinated by the mechanics of a medieval siege and the engineering behind a Mars colony.
