Triin is a freelance consultant with a strong technical background and experience in organizational development. Her goal is to help organizations achieve greater social impact through the adoption of efficient digital solutions that streamline workflows.

She began her career as a software developer at a U.S. health-tech company, where she gained practical experience in developing digital solutions. Later, she moved to the non-profit sector, working as a Program Manager at DD Academy, and as an HR Manager and Project Manager at the DD Foundation. In these roles, she focused on developing internal processes—such as recruitment and coaching—as well as advancing digital work practices.

Triin has supported organizations in implementing digital tools, including project management software and CRM systems, and has designed and conducted training sessions on digital workflow management for NGOs. Her focus lies in aligning technology, strategy, and internal processes to build comprehensive systems that support an organization’s long-term goals.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Software Engineering.
